Eligibility

1. Two (2) years of work experience after completion of perfusion training (post-internship/clinical rotation). You must have started work on or before 31/10/2023. Observer/Intern/Trainee roles do not count as experience.
2. If you completed a Master’s in Perfusion after Bachelor’s in Perfusion, then one (1) year work experience is sufficient. You must have started work on or before 31/10/2024.

Registering with BCP-I and Creating Your Profile

• Use a laptop/PC to register and apply (mobile may not work for the form). You can appear for the exam on mobile, laptop, or PC.
• Go to exam.bcp-i.com/MobileVerification, enter your Indian mobile number, request OTP, and verify.
• After OTP verification, fill Personal Details and SAVE. You will receive a password by email; login at exam.bcp-i.com/login/, change the password, and continue.
• A Candidate Code will be generated; Status will show Active. You may save and logout anytime; data persists. Use My Profile from the dashboard to return.

Applicants without an Indian Mobile Number

Email the details below to websupport@jvsgroup.com. Web Admin will create your Personal Details. You will receive login credentials by email (check SPAM). Login at exam.bcp-i.com/login/ change the password and continue..

Checklist for Uploads

All documents should be PDF unless noted.

• Perfusion Certificate/Diploma/Degree
• Internship/Course Completion Letter
• Degree Certificate (other than Perfusion), if applicable
• Current Hospital Letter (from Chief Perfusionist/HOD Surgeon) with name, designation, date of joining, work outline, and CPB count for last two years (min 50 per year; total 100)
• Work experience letter(s) from earlier hospital(s)
• Transaction receipt of fees paid
• Recent color photograph (jpg/png, up to 500 KB)
• Signature (jpg/png, up to 500 KB)

Internship/compulsory rotation is part of training and is not counted toward work experience.

Section A – Contact

Fill both Residential and Work addresses. Choose which address to use for correspondence.

• Select Residential, fill, then click Add+
• Select Work, fill, then click Add+ (repeat for multiple hospitals)
• Use the 3-dot EDIT menu to modify entries. Click SAVE.

Section B – Education

• Enter Perfusion degree details. If your B.Sc. is other than Perfusion, enter B.Sc. first, then the Perfusion course (Certificate/Diploma/PG Diploma, etc.).
• Click Add+ after each qualification. If an item is missing in dropdowns, type it and click Add Item. Click SAVE when done.

Section C – Candidate Work Experience

• Start with your current/last hospital. Enter details for each hospital and click Add+ after each.
• For the current job, set the TO date to the date on which you are filling the form (you cannot select present or continuing).
• If your exact designation is not listed, select OTHER and specify it in Remarks.
• Total Years of Experience (as on 31/10/2025): enter the total number and do not change it while adding past jobs.
• If you are the senior-most perfusionist, enter SELF under Chief/Senior-most and state your exact designation.

Observer/Intern/Trainee roles and compulsory internship/rotation are not considered as work experience.

Section D – Fees and Payment Details

Section E – Biometrics

• Upload recent photo and signature in jpg/png formats only.
• Max file size: 500 KB each. Click SAVE after both uploads.

Section F – Documents

All documents must be in PDF.

1. Select Document Type
2. Fill Description (optional)
3. Choose file and click Add+ (file will appear in the table). Repeat for others.
4. Click SAVE after uploading all documents.

Declaration and Undertaking

• Tick the declaration checkbox and click SUBMIT.
• You will see “Record Updated Successfully” and return to Personal Details.
• You will receive an auto-generated email acknowledgment.

BCP-I will scrutinize your application within 7 days and contact you by email for status or any additional requirements. You may log in anytime to edit details or add documents.

Disclaimer and Legal

• BCP-I may reject ineligible or incomplete applications.
• BCP-I is registered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and falls under the jurisdiction of the Gujarat High Court.

Postal Submission (Hard Copies)

After online submission, send the following hard copies to the Secretary:
