A good standing certificate is issued to Certified Cardiovascular Perfusionists {C.C.P.} who have a current and valid license issued by BCP-I. The term Good Standing denotes that the applicant does not have any disciplinary proceedings against them nor any adverse remarks in their appraisal.

The candidate has to declare that he/she fulfils the above conditions. However, BCP-I reserves the right to check with the Chief Perfusionist and/or HOD of the department where the Perfusionist is currently working, before issuing the certificate.

Please fill out the attached form, sign it and send it along with a copy of your current certificate to the email indicated on the form. All documents should be in pdf format only.

NOTE: No hard copies required.

FEES: A Nominal fee is being charged to take care of the administrative and postal costs. Details are given in the request form.

A soft copy will be sent to the email address indicated in the request form.

The hard copy will be sent by Registered Post for addresses within India and by ordinary Air Mail outside India.

The Board will revert within a period of seven working days from the day of receipt of the request.
